Rick. You're a BEAST! I love that move you were going for in the intro! Glad to see you land it later on (even though you didn't seem too satisfied with it!!! lol) Your V-sit to planche is as smooth as anyone out there, you don't even break the plain of the bars! Great work! We need to train soon!

@Chingophia that was a joke by Al, cause he knows i was always too much of a perfectionist with my movement/filming/edits and nothing was good enough, and finally after 4 years i said "that was 'decent'" lol!! haha progress!
