Dakota County Jail inmates Michael Vance, Joel Foote and Carl Asfeld worked on a mural in the jail gymnasium as part of a new effort to inspire inmates to use their talents and stay out of jail.

  • The guard seems like a good man.

  • awesome! Real talent, and a real opportunity. Over 500 folks form our church pray for the men in this jail every single week - often by name, and for the correctional staff that works there as well. I have seen the mural personally and hope to use Mr Vances' art skills upon his release!
