I own a 1990 GMC 3/4 ton 5.7 EFI, I changed/replaced everything on the engine, even a new fuel pump in the tank, including everything in the tuneup, modules the works, along with the new throttle body. It's cranks & cranks, and cranks, then it starts. Nature of the Beast, I guess. Oh. I also removed the muffler behind the cat & put straight pipe in, no difference, samo, samo. Something I have to live with, actually I was thinking of adding a 'check valve' in the fuel line before the TBI.
