RED RIVER VALLEY - North American Folk Song.avi

There seems to be a river running through my mind at the moment. Well 'rivers'.
Last time it was the Ohio and now the Red River.
Just as with Route 66, its great to hear first-hand experiences of these rivers, roads and railways I sing about. Another good side of YouTube I think.
This North American Folk song has many versions. I'm pleased about that as I even managed to rewrite the version I know while singing. Spot the deliberate errors -- (apart from singing it in the first place, before the usual crowd say it!) -- and win the prize.
I forgot to mention the prize result from last time. Sadly the best contributors asked not to be included in the competition which amazes me as in my dreams, I rank with the chocolate coffee-pot as every-one's greatest desire.
For this reason the prize is still up for grabs and rolls over to this new and exciting competition.
If you want to know more about the song, get over to Wikipedia but get there before the information dries up...........Wikileaks, - geddit?..... Never mind. Just listen to the damn song and be amused......Doh!......amazed!

Mostly because they tell a story.
