This is a video that I took a while ago of our cats at feeding time on my camera phone. Tibi (grey) is 13 and Thomas (orange) is 15 both too old to chase birds. This happens almost every feeding time so I will try to get some better videos.

  • I hope you are kidding. Cats are domesticated, and do not belong outside. They are not equipped to survive extreme temperatures, and can become victim to many hazards. I do a lot of rescue, and the cats living outside, whether tame or wild, are always bad off. The average indoor/outdoor cat lives 4 years, while the average indoor cat lives 13 years. Nuff said.

  • @amyhinmn Our cats lived to 13 and 15 years been indoor/outdoor cats their whole life. Everyone I know have indoor/outdoor cats and I have never seen seen a cat live under 4 years. I think what you mean by extreme temperatures is stuff below 0C (32F) but the extreme temperatures we get here is between 10-35C (50-95F) and it gets much hotter in the house.

  • By the way the other cat died from a stroke a while later. Both the cats lead long and happy life's. Our new cat Oscar cases the crows so unfortunately no new videos.

  • Why are your old cats outside in the first place?

  • Both of the cats enjoyed been outside, they used to lay in the sun after there meal.

  • Sadly the gray cat, Tibby, died a few weeks ago due to it's old age. RIP Tibs.

  • @amyhinmn Well said. Unfortunately it seems that many of the comments here are from uneducated dimwits. Facts can stare them in the face and they still think they know better. What I find sad is that the low intellect of most of the cat owners here makes them think their domestic cat deserves the freedom to kill native animals outside.

  • My cat would have killed then in an instant!

  • @amyhinmn in most cases that my friend is not always true -.-smh

  • People who have "indoor" cats should be charged with animal cruelty. Get a stuffed animal and leave real animals alone.

  • @beetle120 i wished you lived under 4 years. cat fucker.

  • @amyhinmn my cats are indoor and outdoor and there 8 years old !

    pwnd

  • @cope2k Way to open your mind to new ways of thinking. I am not a troll. I am an animal advocate. I am not a retard, a word that should not be used and shows your level of intelligence; in fact, I have my doctorate! E-V-O-L-V-E dummy. To those of you who said, "I had a cat that lived __ years outside. That is a testimonial and you do not understand the scientific method, evidence, or statistics. Of course there will be those cases, but the average life span of an indoor/outdoor remains 4 years!

  • Lazy cats

  • @amyhinmn I hope you are kidding. Trolls are domesticated, and do not belong on the internet. They are not equipped to survive extreme facts, and can become victim to many truths. I see a lot of things, and the trolls living inside, wether child or adult, are always bad. The unknowing troll says things so stupid you would swear they were a troll, while the true troll is just a retard. Nuff said.

  • @amyhinmn I had an indoor/outdoor cat that lived for 17 years. he lived in 2 different states and we moved 6 times while we owned him. Needless to say he was a badass. RIP Simba.
