You don't think marriage is a special institution? It's only a basic, foundational unit upon which our whole society is built. Unfortunately the warped views that many gays have toward sexuality translates to warped views of society in general. No doubt you'd like to completely flush our society down the tubes and rebuild America by your views. BTW, do you think that adding gay marriage will help increase the percentages of marriages that work? Check the numbers in countries that have adopted it and you'll find that gay marriages don't work. Only 3% if gays practice this in the Netherlands, etc, because it simple doesn't fit their transitory lifestyle.

There are no reasons for hate, only excuses. The future has no place for hate. Equality is coming. Live with it. Then live and let live.

Stop looking for people to look down upon. Getting along is a natural instinct, not getting along is a learned behavior, and it's of no benefit at all.

Amen. I agree. It states in the bible that marriage is between a man and a women. I do though also believe that a same sex relationships are quite alright. But it is important to stick to tradition. It wasn't Mary and Mary who had a baby, it only works man to women and that's a fact that cannot be argued.

The biggest question I have always had is why do people who chose to live "differently" AND YES... IT'S A CHOICE! Why do they feel the need to shove that in societies face? If a man and man were meant to be together or a female and female I should think they would have the proper "tools" to do so.I am petrified as a mother to have my children go to public school! They are teaching "gay sexual education" in PUBLIC schools? 1.7% YOU GOT THAT NUMBER RIGHT is gay in America! Why so much PUBLICITY?!

I am not against nor for Romney but I am very much opposed to "Same Sex Marriages".They rob men and women that truly set the foundation of the family of a sound marriage and conjoining together.This was a great thing to see a man NOT AFRAID to voice his opinions.No wonder liberals are so against this man,he's not afraid to tell him what he thinks or believes! Gay people are "different" and that's FINE... just be "different" in your own home and leave MARRIAGE to MEN AND WOMEN!
