A marvelous blend of creative musical works features composer/producer Ling Niehs on flute, Zong-pei Fan on cello, Yun-chang Dong on guitar, Elsa Huang on Chinese hammered dulcimer, Toshi Fujii on Jew's harp, and Yi-ying Wu on pipa (Chinese lute). Various music styles including bossa nova, jazz, tango, and gypsy music are included in this album performed by both Western and traditional Chinese instruments according to the unique sounds of the instruments and the emotions they evoke. This is a fresh, dynamic, and engaging collection that delivers melodic and rhythmic performances with integrity and emotion. Listeners will undoubtedly be moved by this crossover music, which inspires reflections on life, love and faith.

畢業於輔仁大學音樂系主修長笛演奏，Berklee College of Music (Boston, Ma, USA)主修Performance。熱愛創作、靈感豐富的聶琳，擅長詞曲創作、配樂、編曲與製作，作品跨越流行、電影、廣告、劇場配樂等各領域，包括張清芳《感情生活》­專輯作曲、黃小琥《她的歌》專輯詞曲創作、林志炫《原聲之旅》編曲與長笛演奏、蕭煌奇《真情歌》專輯編曲與製作、電影《夢想無限》配樂，以及綠光劇團《人間條件２她與她生­命中的男人》、《人間條件３台北上午零時》、《人鼠之間》、《Proof 求證》等劇場配樂。現持續從事音樂創作及演出工作。

about Ling Nieh
Ling Nieh graduated from the Music Department of Fu Jen Catholic University with a major in Flute performance. She has further pursued advanced, graduate-level study at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, with an emphasis in Performance. Nieh specializes in flute performance and also works independently on composing, arranging, lyrics writing, producing and musical performance. Lings talents in writing and producing music extend to other media including film, theater, and television.
