Alaska Airlines Jet landing in Petersburg, AK

This is my part-time home. It's an island in southeast Alaska. The island is about 25 by 15 miles wtih 3500 approx people. Im always shocked that these size jets land (150 people) here everyday

@possumpouch While the routes are now operated by the 734 combis, the one in the video is actually a -200, as can be seen from the long, thin, cigar-like engines

this is actually a 737-400 combi. front half cargo, rear half passengers. it only holds 72 people.

Landed there and it was a bit scary. Landing and taking off from from junaeu was real scary
