Zach struggled with CF, diagnosed as a young teenager. He got his double lung transplant in January of 07 and everything seemed perfect. I met him shortly after his transplant and you would never have guessed that he struggled through such a terrible disease. I will forever miss him. ~Zach and Tracie Forever~

I lost a dear friend to cf last July. She, too, had a lung transplant and was out 3.5 years. I can certainly understand what you are going through. Thank you for posting this video as it helps to spread the awareness of the need for a cure for this nasty disease. You are in my prayers.

I wish you the best of luck in finding your transplant and I hope and pray that when you do more research is done not only of CF but as well as on the rejection that exsists. You're in my prayers.

Thanks for adding this video Traci. I know it had to be tough. Im sorry for your loss. I myself am waiting for a double lung transplant and I only hope that one day I will find true love like you found with Zach. I'm sure he loved you very much. God Bless.
