Why is he spreading fertiliser on the snow?
when the snow melts I would reckon that the fertiliser is running away with the melting water?
If this was happen up here the government and the greenies would goes totally berserk
as you can see i own a morooka mk-100 ito harvest my leek

Wheatfield scenery in March.
In the north of Japan, it snows for four months.
Carbonic acid calcium + black carbon scatter.
The snow is blackened.
The snow is melted because of sunlight.
Because it is easy to become an acid soil, the acid degree is adjusted.
There is no restriction in Japan.
