In the previous and following video series of cursive and semi-cursive sample characters, I write about 50 characters and select about 10 of the better ones to use in each video. Of course, there are many times of retrials, errors, and unsatisfied strokes since it is not easy to control the motion of the brush in quick turnings. The benefits and purposes of practicing cursive styles are to make brushstrokes easier when practicing calligraphy, Chinese painting, or other visual arts.

Thank you for your kind words.
I am using water and water writing board (or paper and canvas) for similar videos like this. This board is called "Zen Board" or "Buddha Board" in the U.S.

I have been watching videos uploaded by you on calligraphy and I am truly inspired. I'm curious to know what you are writing on. It doesn't seem to be like ink and paper.
