    It does! The condition that doesn't 'go' in 5 days is Candida, but food intolerance and hypoglycaemia driven cravings massively subside in 5 days. Read the Candida bit of the book to fully understand what you're up against with this condition.

  • Oh I sure hope the addiction gets better in 5 days! I'm on day 3 of your diet and it's been TORTURE. However, I have lost 5 lbs which is crazy wonderful! It's the hardest thing I've ever done, the cravings are unbelieveable and despite eating as much of the allowed foods as I want, I still feel "hungry" all the time. I'm also quite cranky. I want to be a better mom to my 3 kids and I need more energy so that's why I'm doing this. I just hope it gets easier, please tell me it gets easier.
