Part 1 of 2: The League of Women Voters of Lackawanna County in partnership with The University of Scranton's Task Force on Sustainability sponsored a forum on the Marcellus Shale Natural Gas Extraction on January 20, 2010 at The University of Scranton's Brennan Hall. Forum speakers included representatives from the Marcellus natural gas industry in Pennsylvania, from Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection, and from PennFuture, an environmental advocacy organization in Pennsylvania.
