I'm so sorry for your lost, of hard working men. I pray for WV coal miners everyday. My son is 24 and is a coal miner. He descends 1000 ft or more into the ground, and it worries me to death. Pray that I get to spend Thanksgiving with him. I am trying to find a way to get to him from Lexington Ky to Morgantown, WV
God Bless you this Holiday, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Very nicely done tribute. What a horrible day.
Lastly, I grew up in the same area where Sago is located, and though it is a simple, rural area, the people who live there are generally well educated. I have seen many a college graduate come into the mine on an internship, and not be able to perform, as a foreman. Trust me, there's booksmart, and streetsmart, i am both as are most miners. You, my friend are just booksmart, and i seriously regret even giving you that much credit. Have a nice day, and be thankful for your electricity, ass.
