*Description:
Lifelong learning has come to the light for many nation states, as they encounter rapid knowledge creation and struggle with social problems such as population ageing. HEIs are considered a core provider of such LLL opportunities for adult learners, supporting their pursuit of continuous self-development. This session will discuss effective ways to deliver adult education and meet diverse learner needs though LLL. Key issues include: HEIs-private sector collaboration in developing training programs, innovation of work-to-school schemes in HEIs, recognition of prior learning, and best practices of LLL at HEIs.
