You do realize that the entire Bible has already been proven historically, right? Go to a historian if you want. Jesus Christ existed. The plagues of Egypt existed. Sounds like you've been brought up to believe only in what science and man says is true. If we never had telescopes, would you believe in Jupiter and Pluto? Now, I know this really isn't my place to jump on the Christian bandwagon, but even in your atheism, you have faith.

You are a "rational" person, right? Science teaches that you can't know anything for certain.

You have faith. You have faith all the time, the difference is ours is in something that can heal us; yours is in the world. In fact, most atheist are only atheists because God is something that doesn't fit into their plan not because of the whole faith aspect.
