The Gang Task Force located in Hall County has charged five people, including three juveniles, with violating the street gang and terrorism act following an incident at West Hall High School Monday. 17-year-old Nixon Cruz, 18-year-old Jonathon Rodriguez and the three juveniles are also charged with battery. Immigration holds have been placed on Cruz and Rodriguez.
