I do disabled enforcement parking, I do not block d/s but some of the drivers do. The E on city vehicles is for EXEMPT! Sometimes in order to uphold the law, an officer must be able to stop immediately and do what is necessary to enforce the law, sometimes that means blocking a d/s. Normally tho, they are close enough to the vehicle, that they can move the vehicle out of the way when necessary.

They probably DO, but in Dallas, they don't and they get ticketed like everyone else. My aunt works for the City and she told me that as did a few friends of mine.

THAT IS A LIE! City vehicles have to abide by the same rules like the citizens. They get no special treatment and whoever told you that lied!

Stop wasting your time videotaping that... just about every city has it written into municipal code that city vehicles are exempt from parking laws while working.
