The besan got roasted and everything, but there were small granules of besan which formed and then never broke, so the besan ladoos ended up ...

  • Dear Chf. Can we add dry fruits when the mixture is bit cold and then make the ladoo's, cuz normal they r quite dry inside..

    I will be using a ready made pack for besan ladoo.. it hv all the ingredients in it I just hv to add ghee in it...

  • i tried it just ryt now..for my husband........ it smells good but mine turned out a little darker.. i used oil instead of ghee later it was more oily not so dry like urs.... i m gonna see how it turns out.... :), thanks chef it smells really good.............
