Optec's Conclave of Wind Warlock PoV "Guide"

So this isn't really a guide in the strictest sense. I am assuming you have watched something like the Tankspot guides or read other more general guides about these bosses. What these guides don't give you are the specifics for the boss as a warlock.

These PoV videos aim to give you some pointers on tricks warlocks can use to gain an edge in certain fights. For these guides I will predominantly be raiding as Destruction. This guide is a test of the format if it is successful let me know and I will endeavour to make more.

These guides are simpler to make than my rotation guides and so I will make them if people want them. I have started FRAPsing my guides raids and if we get a relatively clean kill where I can explain something unique for warlocks I will aim to get it on my channel.

Your UI looks very clean and it looks easy to organise your dots and cooldowns. Maybe you could make an updated video where you tell us what mods, ui etc.. that you use?

@OSEtge I never argued that using Fel Flame wasn't a DPS waste when standing still. With the new 4.0.6 4 piece bonus this will be a different story, but as it is now on live you are right. I never said you weren't either ;). Just saying that the "felflame is an instant cast where immolte isnt" doesn't really cut it ;).

@MrStevemojo Mute point? You're talking about instant casts vs non instant immolates, where they actually cast in the exact same time frame. The GCD or the immo cast time are equal. Mute point? You're point doesn't make any sense in the first place :).

I have some questions about your set up (I know you get this alot). Why is Corr not on your bars if BoA is (assuming Corr is keybound)? Do you watch the CD's of abilities like Conflag on your bottom bar? Isn't that a bit out of the way of your Powa Auras? And what's up with the moves on the bottom right?

Great guide. I have pretty much the same strategy. I think it's worth mentioning explicitly that you want the CoE debuff (in some form) on any target that has Bane of Havoc.
