http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBdD-3O4xMY

This is windows XP Gamer's Edition. No serial #/ key is needed to install. It is fast, takes up little ram, and is about 1/6 the size of normal Windows XP.

  • How fast would this be on 2 GB of RAM? :)

  • @PaRoDiEr1993 Very fast. That laptop had 256MB so it would run very well on 2GB.

  • hey dude pls tell me what are the advantages & disadvantages of using Windows Xp Gamer edition

  • @hackerproxp It runs a lot faster than stock XP and is great for games. However, it is barebones and you will have to manually install more than if you had just used stock XP.

  • hey SLURPERshaker i have installed this and done everything but still im unable to install the video driver....what should i do????

  • @Bedgie01 Before I had Microsoft Security Essentials on my PC I had toans of viruses, but now, not even one for an entrie 2 years!!!

  • @Slurpershaker Mate, I want to know the following:

    1. Is this official?

    2. Is this running a Linux or Unix Kernal or just the normal Microsoft one?

    3. Does this work with IE9?

    4. Is this LEGALLY free?

    5. If this isn't official, what are the main differences that are very easy to notice compared to the official one?

  • @mutant394 I mean to say old is gold

  • Hey Slurper, If you ditched Avast you might get better performance as it is a resource hog but no where near the resource pig that Nortons is. Hey to all if you want performance and you have Nortons installed, uninstall it and watch you performance go up. Use something like Microsoft's Security Essentials with Malaware as your antivirus and they are both free and they hardly impact on your system unlike the big payware programs

  • @giancarlog89 The drivers that you would have to install when setting up any new computer. ex. LAN, WLAN, graphics card, etc.
