  • I have found this by accident. I only knew about Brother Theodore via the film 'The Burbs'. I will have to look out for some of his other stuff. This is comic genius and he delivers it faultlessly with a crazed glint in his eye :-)

  • @ShereKhan77 The Soup Nazi was based on a real guy, and the actor hired actually looked like the real guy

  • In the seventies Theodore was in a Porno comedy called "Gums" (a satire in the wake of "Jaws"). Has anyone seen it?? I first saw him in the late fifties when I was in the eighth grade. Even then he preached the Great Gospel of Quadrupedism, and weaved the spiteful tale of the Frog and the Centipede. People would literally roll on the floor!

  • @revgen123 i think he escaped the nazis thus not wanting to be associated with it.

  • the screen is in desperate need of people like theodore.

  • Wow, I forgot how young he really was back then.

  • Brilliant.

  • WHY DIDN'T JERRY SEINFELD THINK TO USE BROTHER THEODORE AS THE SOUP NAZI??? HE WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT SOUP NAZI WITH HIS GERMAN ACCENT AND CRAZED MENTALITY. THOSE SOUP NAZI EPISODES WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE FUNNIER WITH THEODORE. ALAS....

  • @Jimdangello its pretty amazing isnt it. i believe Theodore himself described it as "stand-up tragedy"

  • I've never heard of this guy until I saw the Hobbit cartoon. Looked him up, thought "Boy, what a scary looking fellow."...boy was I right. Yes he's funny, but also scary at the same time. :x
