He should pick up that guitar again and record an instrumental solo album.

The demonstration did a great song from the intro :)

@Galactu5 Where are the tabs?
-
@Omega1874 yep, i agree.
-
@ihaveallseeingeyes I don't think they've sold much. They're a small hardcore band out of North Carolina so it's doubtful. I have their record which is actually pretty good, but they're still just small time.
-
@Omega1874 He told me that there are way more important things in his life than huntin those idiots whom i wonder if they sold a lots of records anyway, the demonstration aint a big band whatsoever.
-
@ihaveallseeingeyes Damn dude....I had no idea. He doesn't want any royalties or compensation for that?
-
@Omega1874 they didnt had any permission, they stole it. Nils Norberg dont care though.
-
......Wow, that is the very exact intro to "A Very Calculating Snake" by the Demonstration. Look it up if you don't believe me. That's kind of spooky.....I hope they got permission to do that.

One of my favorite guitarists, I was sad to hear he left music. The solo from "The Iron Force" is really memorable and still one of my all time favorites.
The 8 people who disliked this dont know talent when they se it!
Nils is the man, i would kill to have his guitar skills

@JoeyVengeance
I'm certain that the 8 thumbs down were accidental. That's the only logical explanation.

It's not that hard to believe for me. I used to be a professional illustrator and art was my life for the first 30 years of it, but I got burnt out/disillusioned and now I get creative on my own terms and it's no longer a job. Perhaps he was feeling burnt out or just wanted to devote time to other pursuits.
It's not that surprising, just it's unfortunate for those that liked hearing him play. Hopefully, he'll be back when he's ready.

He is picking a note with his middle finger but on the b and e strings, not just e.
No idea about the amp he uses. I don't pay attention to gear much. I know Allan Holdsworth plays through Yamaha Magicstomps these days, and that Jimi used to play Strats. *shrug* I never met a guitar I didn't like, to be honest.
