Hey can you show me the link or whatever where you bought the headers for your Sw2 ? i got a 93 sw2 thanks
-
do it, mine went 270,000 miles when the transmission popped and i had a bunch of bolt ons. You have a 5 bolt head so you can use a 91/92 header, they're cheaper and the same thing as a pacesetter or something like that.

I have four sw2 two 97,98 99, did you relocate the ecm off the motor have you had major repairs?

Was my dad's commuter, now is mine. The DOHC motor now has 234,000 miles and while it burns some oil (common in Saturn 1.9s) its never had any problems. Starts every time. The '99 and later motors had a roller-type camshaft and 8 crankshaft counterweights(vs. 4) which made the engine more complicated but smoother and more efficient.I may put on a cold air intake/ aftermarket headers, even though its a high mileage motor.

@180204 I wouldn't know about the later cars. This one burned lots of oil. But the ECM would be completely different since this is a pre-1996 car and therefore it has OBD-I instead of the OBD-II which is not compatible and is on every car '96 and up including your saturns if yhou still have them. I believe the ECM in this car is behind the glove box.
