a finer point from a pro...after the card (top) is thrown...switch the hold from middle to 1st finger. Psychologically....when thrown correctly (no switch) the right hand mirrors the left hand in the way the cards are held. It is important to keep that image when throwing the top card instead. This is a touch that makes all the difference in the world.
