I have to ask... Around Min 1:43 or so you're using a little hoop - what is that? I have a small space so I need something like that to start out with maybe, any suggestions on hoops would be appreciated!
Great job, I've watched this sooo many times because your hooping is so good! I hope I can do half that well! I've been looking for some people to hoop with / learn from but ppl around here do it in stilettos? I may start with 'off body' hooping at first just to get used to it.Awesome video!

I love your videos!!! You give me so much motivation/inspiration to get in shape and get down all those awesome hoop moves. I am still learning so i too have smacked myself in the face lol.. How long did it take you to get the moves down??

@lovelylola78 Thank you so much! I completely changed my diet, focusing on whole foods. Drastically cut down on refined sugars and processed food. I started walking, then running, 5-6 days a week.

@54379034 Thank you! Check out the hoopers I've subscribed to on my page. I watched tutorials, videos, gathered inspiration and then spent a lot of time inside my hoop!
