it cannot be the gregorian chants, as they are all in a monophonic set. The one showed here probably belongs to the Notre Dame School around 11th century.

sorry for the mistake, actually it was written on the entrance 'gregorian chants' and, well, I may say that even if I admired it's not at all my speciality! Anyway, thanks for the comments...
