Actually there was a huge mass lawsuit about the payment protection plan, and in the end it was deemed illegal - Capital One had to comp thousands of card holders for the money they took from them via the plan. So read the news like I do you lazy motherfucker

Yes, that definately explains why I had the card for over a year and it just recently started charging me. It must have been one of those secret time delay boxes. And if you actually listened you'd see I wasn't "bugging" them, I just asked for it to be removed. It wasn't until after the corporate drone on the other end wouldn't shut up for a minute straight that I had to resort to singing. Think about it. I had to resort to singing a ditty for my CC company to help me out. So customer-friendly.
