  • How long does it usually take to get as flexible as you are (where you are able to do the splits)? I've NEVER been flexible. I used to warm up running, stretch, then go for a run. After a while I realized nothing was working for me and just gave up stretching. I run daily for a minimum of 3 miles, so id figure my muscles are fairly well developed. I just followed this vid and could hardly get into the slips where my hands could touch the ground!!! Pathetic I know

  • @mezner09 Honestly I've been flexible since a young boy. I would say after a couple months of consistent stretching you should be able to do all this more easier and be more flexible.

  • I know everyone wants me to do a tutorial of the advancd kicks and techniqes but I wanna start with the basics and work from there so that everyone who watches and subscribers learn everything. So just bare with me and it's all coming in due time.Master these basics first. Thanks for watching everyone

P.S I appreciate the feed back from compliments to telling me what you'd like me to do a tutorial on.Keep them coming please

  • you can do round kick tutorial thats a fundemental move i learned the first day of taekwondo class back then and the kick is easy fun and can make great combos from the kick its very popular and basic

  • i can use this thank you for the video Cyrus!

  • Maybe you can have a video on sparring tips and applications of certain Taekwondo moves in your kickboxing.

For example, you can talk about how you set up the back kick, axe kick, back spin kick. You can also talk about when to use them, favorite combinations, etc... I know you have a lot of experience with this and I'd love to learn how you combine your two styles.

  • very good cyrus...
