what's the Time Stop Flow spell bug? I might be getting my copy in the next 3-4-5 months so I might want to know now.

that's wrong, swordian device only allow you to cast 'LIGHT ELEMENTAL' spell faster. To cast spell faster, all you have to do is, abuse the 128 TIMES STOP FLOW spell bug ( any spell casted after that will be instant ), or chain combo hits with your skills,the higher the hits get, the faster your spell goes. This will take a huge amount of CC so it would only be possible at the 2nd or third playthru with bonus features.

And Atticus, I think it's probably just a stat effect, since my Philia can cast Tier 1 spells a lot faster than she could when I first got her...
