I'd rather play it on the PC Engine (TurboGrafx 16), and personally, I prefer the more linear-style Castlevania games.

@Watts527 nope, it's a shitty port, the graphics look terrible compared with the 2d original ones, the gameplay is INFERIOR . It's just a cheap port.

The ds games are the "Metroidvania" type of games, they are different. if you played the oldschool ones first, you would have loved the game

Why does everyone complain about the difficulty of DXC? If they played Castlevania, Castlevania III, Bloodlines or Circle of the Moon, then they would know the definition of difficulty.

@MrUltiblood he is talking about the original the pc engine one which is 16 bit this is the same game with upgraded graphics persionally i think this game looks MUCH better in 2d but its ok you can unlock the 2d version in this game as well

you dont need to finish the game to play symphony of the night you just need to colloect the hidden item thing.

I KNOW bloodlines is 16 bit but the gameplay is MUCH MUCH better
