Sub and Like? I took my camera to the pool one day to film myself doing some parkour type flips along with optical flow in apple motion 4.
A montage of flips edited a little. Sorry about the crappy optical flow slow motion. I didn't take too much time on that.

Another question :P How do you do the effect at 0:40? Or what is it called? And can you do it with AE?

@TheOneAndOnlyHayden Its a pretty simple effect and can be done in after effects. I dont know how though cuz i use final cut. But I think it is called something like future or past frames. Idk but all you have to do is export a still frame of when you want it and create a mask around yourself than export it out of photoshop as a png with an alpha bg. I know there's a tutorial somewhere.
