He is a sexual predator; he released his video to millions of people worldwide without her consent or knowledge. Call it what you will, but as a female, that scares the hell out of me and those people should be thrown behind bars for a while AND have the label of sex offender tagged on them for life. He's not some 15 year old, either; this is some 50-something businessman.
That's creepy as hell, and if you don't think that deserves "sexual offender", you're clueless.
