it's on the 2nd floor. u have to turn off the lights first then use the flashlight on the floor. the code is actually random and the u have to see the code itself inside the block-formed code. it's kind of confusing but u'll just have to see what u read

the car key is in the safe along with the red phone with the memory card for the final exit. u can get the 4-digit code from the game zuno by typing in the correct order of the numbers as appeared to with the yellow cars every level. pay attention to the yellow cars.i suggest u have a pen and paper beside u just like what i did.
