Microwave Cross Trainer..Just The Job For A Quick WorkOut.

My Cross trainer computer failed so I gave my YouTube buddy Steviejacko a call to see if he could help me out

The workout footage is originally 30mins long I just speeded it up for the video..I work out once a day for 30mins ..I like my chocolate and stuff so using my cross trainer is the only way to keep my weight down
