and how do you send and end calls if there isn't a send and end key on the main face?

the two soft keys right above the back and clear key

it has the thing that says end call and u just click the button under it

and to send a call just press down on the joy stick

I own k800i for three years now and use it all the time. I have grown quite fond of it. In retrospect, I am actually amazed what it endured with me. It's like a Kalashnikov rifle, it resists abuse and continues to perform admirably beyond the call of duty. In the beginning I was worried about the camera lens switch/lid bit it still performs like the day I bought it. Also the keys and joystick still work perfectly on mine.In fact, I'm gonna go and pet it now! :)
