Daleks aren't emotionless - they have very strong emotions. Hate, anger and fear, mainly.

@Jamiethewookie Yup, the story's intended to be released at the back end of next year however a recolourised Ambassadors Of Death is rumoured to be a backup should there be delays :)
Next year will be a 3rd Doctor heavy year for DVD releases :D
