nice.. u really made it look easy just wondering coz i've never done this before i wanted to make one for my daughter for her 4rth birthday how do i do the measurement in order for it to fit her where it wouldn't be to short on her pls help and thanks

@dkbyezy - measure from her waist down to how far you want the tutu to go, then double. That would be the length of your strips. For the waist measure the waist and then add about 12 inches to that measure to allow for you to tie the tutu.

@dkbyezy u can use can measure your daughters waist with elastic or ribbon which one u want to use. Then u can see it together or hot glue it together . Hope this works .

Ps : it turned out beautiful on my daughter she looked like a doll.
