I applaud this man. I wish i had the guts to wear a skirt in public.
Hopefully it becomes normal for men too to wear whatever they want, women already have that part conquered. They wear everything without getting any comment at all.

The video is a bit too bright to really see the guy's full oufit. Looks like this guy's wearing a cropped cardigan, some fashionable top, a pleated denim mini skirt, and some kind of slouchy ankle boots. Maybe he feels comfortable and knows how to make androgynous look lovely. Almost any girl can look hot in this look, but for him to do that and with the confidence in his wardrobe, that's something to respect.
