Someone on formspring.me asked me to make a video about how I bleach and colour my hair (eg. unnatural colours like pink, blue, etc.)

  • I tried to use a dyething that was supposed to take away the yellowness and I ended up with lilac. -_-; Like an old person, they always have grey-lilac hair.

  • Oh no! Haha, that happened to me once too, you have to check the toner very frequently as if you leave it on for too long it can do that. I should've mentioned that in the video!

  • Well, it said 15 minutes on the package (20-25 if you want to cover yer grey hair - that didn't make any sense after I saw what had happened to my hair, honestly) and the mixture *was* a very dark purple, so.. I'm not sure how one could really check it, anyway. xD

  • Just take a few strands, wipe the toner off and check the color :)

  • That is the exact same developer (well brand of) and bleach I got last time I attacked my hair! Priceline? :P

  • Yup! Good ol' Priceline...

  • are u australian or english? :P

  • Went to a professional for bleaching, and they said they'd only put streaks in my hair because it's red. Fucking stupid, I just walked out because they started arguing with me. My hair, I'll damage the fuck out of it if I want.

  • Seeing your bleach accident photo makes me sad because the same thing happened to me a few years back. I left it in too long and it was so limp and it felt like jelly haha. I have naturally black hair and used the exact same products as you but was told to use 30 not 40 but i don't know

  • @hermounts You can either have a neutral accent or a bogan accent, which is i guess like the equivalent to what americans consider hicks lol. Just a very exacerbated version of the aussie accent.

  • your hot ! melady...

  • i dyed my hair from black to blonde. same thing (only difference is i left my bangs black) after a while Of trimming it and using mayo ,and other hair products its much stronger (my hair was falling out also) and i didnt use toner so i dyed it like 3 times so you can imagine how bad it was.

  • are there different accents in Australia? Tell us Americans about them.
