  • Is it possible to make this recipe without the beef stock powder? Do you really need it? Because I cant get it anywhere here in holland

  • Of course! You could try using a beef fond.

  • its essentially the worlds easiest mole. I assume you can swap water for demi.

  • I would love to try that sauce with a nice venison!

  • It looks like chocolate pudding, but it sounds gross... But I'd probably eat it, because I LOVE trying new things!

  • No, Chocolate -isn't- sweet. The only "sweet" chocolate is chocolate that has had masses of sugar added to it.

  • oh ic sooo chocolate shouldn't be sweet

  • Actually, in its purest form, Chocolate is a "savory" ingredient. If you don't believe me, just try any pure dark chocolate (not the "normal" kind with loads of added sugar and milk powder), or indeed, any number of "savory" meals from Mexico that use chocolate as an ingredient.

  • would you eat xanthan gums ? Not good for health

  • is this with xanthan gum or xanthan powder? also, can you use a regular blender that would be found in a kitchen?
