happens all the time in EVERY industry...welcome to the real world.

DOS is an almost direct copy of the code for CP/M from the 8-bit also versions of basic are also almost identical copies of of Microsoft basic. Also both the O/S s for Mac and PCs (ie windows, linux and MacOS) are copies of RISC-OS.

A car has 4 wheels a plane has wings an internet compatible O/S has a web browser...where do you draw the line with copyright as oppossed to definition of purpose?

Ok computer people. When you study advanced verbal speaking you will learn that Bill rolls into and out of deep trance states often. He is simply self soothing, while also locating information inside his deeper processing unit. This unit is called the subconscious mind. Its also appears he is chanelling simultaneously. Being unafraid of how he looks assist him in the chaneling. Finaly, he is consciously unaware and sub consciously proficient. Any questions my healthen brothers?

well it's justified, half the guys persecuting him don't care much about whats right, they just get off on locking up rich people, they realize that they won't be able to make as much money squared as he has

Jobs was definitely inspired and influenced from the technology he saw at PARC, however, enough for Bill Gates to later defend Microsoft against an Apple's lawsuit over Windows 1.0 having too much of the "look and feel" of a Apple MacIntosh. Gates' claim being, "hey, we both got it from Xerox."

Yes, when you steal ideas, things can go like clockwork... Do you remember MS sued and won a case against Borland for their spreadsheet that mimicked the Excel Menus? So you can steal an entire Windowing system, and you have the balls to sue over a Menu within the spreadsheet? (That you did'nt invent either) There is no justice in the computing world. Open source is the solution.
