Yes, when you steal ideas, things can go like clockwork... Do you remember MS sued and won a case against Borland for their spreadsheet that mimicked the Excel Menus? So you can steal an entire Windowing system, and you have the balls to sue over a Menu within the spreadsheet? (That you did'nt invent either) There is no justice in the computing world.
