The programme mainly revolves around a blind couple named Paul and Amanda who have six children, including their two eldest Louise and Jenny, but also features a teenage boy named Ryan who looks after his disabled mother.

Two words - CHILD ABUSE! Why aren't these children being taken away from these selfish people. They should both be sterilised. I hate this whole fiercely independence thing, they are abusing because of their selfishness and obsession with having children.

The little girl with the short brown hair is so intelligent and sweet, I would adopt her in a heartbeat.

Amanda is not coping. It is not up to them to prove anything, it is evident they are NOT fit parents. Disgusting.

The husband says they out to "prove we can do it," but it's quite obvious they can't -- unless they totally enslave their older children. Which they appear to be quite willing to do. Utterly selfish.

Innocent children don't deserve to be raised like little animals. That beautiful baby is sleepy on a dirty floor. And eating off a dirty floor. These are cases when the government should impose sterilization. Some people are so selfish and entitled. That bitch could take the time to smoke a cigarette but not pick up that poor baby off the floor.

imsorry to say this but my dog sleeps in the floor i would not let my child they should have stopped at their secon child cus know instead of being normal kids they are TEEN MOMS mtv should air them its almost sick to see those conditions of living the walls coming down no child deserves that including a SMOKING MOM PREGNET SO SICK EVEN TO SMOCK FOR THE KIDS

as a blind young person I am ashamed of these people. This is not how most blind choose to live. This is not how blind people want to raise their children. I am so sorry that this is the only example of blind parenting the world gets to see.

it's not the parents fault it's the directors they've twisted the real story cut loads of it out were the girls are enjoying themselves with friends. also the girls normally don't do all them jobs unless they want to help out. the parents get enough abuse as it is because they're blind they don't need it for a lie. hasn't it recked their lives enough?
