Unfortunately it's not very common to see those kinds of musicians playing on the streets.

People dont stop if they dont see something that they already known. Most of the best players are in the streets, forexample in Berlin where I live. People tend not to listen to them and just walk away, but then they pay 60 bucks for a concert. People just like to pretend they know about music paying for something overrated rather than just listent to music.
