I must say, you are a great speaker! I learned quite a bit from just this video alone. Right now I play tennis at a 4.5 - 5.0 rating and since I'm turning 18 this coming year, I will need to build myself up a bit more in-order to play in the Men's Open category and compete at a high level. I will tune in for more since I think you have the knowledge to help me reach the body I need

@ Artwork Pikes is a exercise where you take your lower limbs and make them parellel to the ground either while hanging on a bar or setting up right. This is a hard and advanced move only because it envolves alot of form to get the correct and maximum burn needed!... THank you Keep tuning in!!!!
