@BallerCross For special effects I use After Effects CS3 and then I put it all together with Sony Vegas Pro 8.

I give a thumbs up for the effects and a huge thumbs down to the girls swinging the light sabers...next time get a couple of bat swinging 5 yr olds to play out the action and spend time doing the effects for them.
