I arrived at the fire scene around 11:05pm to see paramedics with a male that appeared to be lifeless. Firefighters were quick knocking down the fire at 69 Donald Ave. Paramedics rushed to a car that was parked behind the burning building also. Red Cross arrived around 1:30am to help with the other tennants of the building. A man in his 40's died in the fire. A neighbour pulled him from the burning room . Lead story on Global News at 6pm and 11pm & CTV News at 6pm & 11:30pm & 2Bh on Rogers TV at 7am.

  • Sunny Brae area of Moncton , if you go north on Church street it changes to Donald Ave when you cross the over pass at Wheeler blvd.
