Richard Dunne must be disgusted at how badly he was treated by Man City and their fans. He left so quietly without any protest from the fans who supposedly 'loved' him. City fans got caught up in the shopping spree and forgot that this was one player who actually WANTED to play for the club. Now the club has lost the only player who typified the fans spirit, and the spirit of the fans has been damaged accordingly. Dunne is an Irish hero and City are not worthy of a player of such class.

@spudsrob Played well enough to be voted fans player of the year did he not? Then what happens when he plays against City; he scores a header and most people would celebrate but he didn't. Pure classy guy. Still respects the City fans even though they ditched him. Anyway that's all history now. The City fans have their new heroes, and of course its only a matter of time until they win a trophy. Some City fans deserve a trophy. There is too much hate in the city, I enjoy banter, not hate.
