2.4L Omni, driving on the road

Finished installing the '99 2.4L engine into my Omni, here's a simple video showing me backing out of the driveway, driving off, and then coming back. Using Megasquirt to run the engine, haven't tuned it yet, but it's doing great already.

@mrgeraldbrent It's using a MegaSquirt, which is a partially open source Microcontroller, much like an Arduino's big brother on steroids.

was that the first drive? boy do i know how that moment feels :-) i thought i could stick this text with my vid response, but i cant... so here it is seperately :-) what does that thing weigh? 3/5 of F$%^ all? ;-)

It may have been my second lap around the block, but not far from the first drive, for sure. I need to get a more recent video up, I had seriously oversized front tires on it, and the back end hadn't been lowered yet. Looks and drives alot better now. Oh, and it weighs 2450lbs (1,111kg, if I converted that right). Bone stock as far as the weight goes, haven't done anything to lighten the car.

That 2.4l bolts right up the the stock 5 speed.
