Maybe he was on the line, may he wasn't, but I thought it was at least worth a replay. Unfortunately the entire ESPN crew missed how close it was. Maybe the Titan who was close to the play should have begged Fisher for a review? I don't know. But it's weird that the whole thing went down without even a comment from the announcers.

You're right. It wasn't out of the endzone. No safety should have been called. You are completely wrong to say the Ravens are a better team than the Titans though. The Titans clearly showed they were a better team than the Ravens. They dominated the Ravens, and still lost.
